The 294 credit unions in California—with total assets of nearly $210 billion and serving 14 million members—are working to help their members and communities through the crisis created by the COVID-19 outbreak.
“Credit unions in California—with our philosophy of ‘People Helping People’—are providing much-needed financial assistance to help alleviate the economic pain of households,” said Diana Dykstra, president and CEO of the California Credit Union League, the trade association for credit unions in the state.
