Please join RSCA for its Annual Meeting and get the latest update on “The State of the Shores”.

This is your chance to get up to date on the issues that affect the home and family of every Shores resident. Hear about the “State of the Shores” and get a preview of the “State of Redwood City” and San Mateo County. Plus, there will be an update on infrastructure and other projects affecting the Shores, especially the waste water pipeline replacement.

As always, we try to end our Annual Meeting presentation around 8:00 PM so that you can have time to ask questions or talk with our guests about issues of particular interest to you.

(RSCA will also elect its new Board of Directors.)

Light Up the Shores 2017

Dress up your home and yard with lights, Santa, reindeer, snowmen and win prizes! Winning homes will be featured in The PILOT and on the web. If you would like to submit your holiday decorations for consideration and publication in The PILOT, we are asking that you take a photo of your home, apartment, condominium or townhome, and submit it to our Board of Directors for their official “judging” process. Of course, it’s best that this be a “nighttime” photo so we can see how brilliantly the lights and decorations shine in the darkness.

Submission Deadline:
December 18

Each photo should be emailed to “” with the resident’s name and street address, including apartment or unit number if applicable.

Your photos must be submitted no later than the end of the day Monday, December 18th, as our elves will be judging all applicants the day afterwards. Sorry, no late applicants can be considered, as this is a lengthy process !

Bring your kids in their Halloween costumes to Marlin Park on Saturday October 28th, 2017 @ 1:00 PM sharp for a spooky good time in the park.

Trick Or Treat

We’ll have treats for the little ones, so bring a goodie bag/bucket!

** Event Ends at 2:00pm **

And PARENTS, don’t forget your cameras for photo opportunities with the Good Witch.

RSCA holds this event each year for Shores children elementary school age and under.

It’s easy work and lots of fun to watch our children enjoy their “dress-up” time in Marlin Park. Your help will be greatly appreciated!
